Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ cucumber(s), grated,
  • 1 pack of seasoning mix for salad with paprika
  • pepper,
  • Garlic, at least 2-3 cloves,
  • Parsley, fresh or dried
  • Chives, fresh or dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the grated cucumbers with the sour cream, spices, and herbs. Let it sit in a cool place for at least an hour. A tasty and fresh alternative to traditional tzatziki, which tends to be dry and heavy. Tastes even better the next day. Perfect for barbecues, but also with potatoes or bread.
