Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 small cucumbers or 1 1/2 large cucumbers
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 small tomato(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 80 g corn, from the can
- 2 tbsp Ajvar, hot or mild, according to taste
- salt and pepper
- some dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumbers, halve them, and scoop out the contents with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and dill and set aside. Drain the tuna and mix with the tomato, corn, feta, and ajvar. Fill the hollowed-out cucumber with the ingredients. Serve with a salad. Any leftover ingredients can also be used in a salad.
