Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g natural yogurt, min. 3.5%, stirred until creamy
  • 1 small cucumber(s), halved lengthwise, pitted, diced
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • ½ bunch mint, cut into fine strips
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients with the yogurt. Serve chilled.
