Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g natural yogurt, min. 3.5%, stirred until creamy
- 1 small cucumber(s), halved lengthwise, pitted, diced
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- ½ bunch mint, cut into fine strips
- salt and pepper
Instructions

oriental, suitable as mezze
Mix all ingredients with the yogurt. Serve chilled.
