Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 melon(s) (cantaloupe), flesh cut into pieces
- 250 g strawberries
- 250 g grapes, seedless, halved
- 2 peaches, pitted, quartered
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
- 2 pinches of clove powder
- 2 pinch(s) turmeric
- 1 tbsp mint, fresh, leaves cut into fine strips
- crushed ice, for serving
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
with cantaloupe melons, strawberries, grapes, peaches
Place all the fruit in a bowl. Mix together the honey, rose water, and lemon juice. Stir in the cinnamon, cloves, and turmeric. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and refrigerate for 1 hour. Fold in the crushed ice and mint before serving, then serve immediately.
