- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 220 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 apples
- n. B. sugar, brown
- n. B. Spice(s) to taste

delicious and simple apple cookies
Cream the sugar and butter until creamy. Add the egg, then knead with the flour, baking powder, and vanilla until a smooth dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Peel and chop the apples, sauté them in a pan with a little water, and season with sugar and spices of your choice. How long you leave the mixture in the pan depends on how chunky you want it to be. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 2 mm and cut out circles. Place half of the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and add a teaspoon of the apple mixture to each circle. Then place a second circle on top and gently press the edges together. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges begin to turn golden brown.
