Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g currants
- 1 banana(s)
- n. B. glucose
- 200 ml milk
- 300 ml water

Blend all ingredients in a blender and you’ve got a super-light, fruity smoothie/fruit drink. Tip: You can also use milk instead of water, but since I’m currently dieting, I use water instead. You can also use honey or vanilla sugar instead of glucose. Makes 3 glasses of 200 ml each.
