Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50 ml milk, if needed
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar

- 2 packets of vanilla sugar, optional
- 750 g currants

Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Prepare the currants and sugar. Then drain. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. For the batter, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. If the batter is too stiff, add the milk. Spread it on a greased baking sheet (30 x 40 cm) and scatter the currants on top. Knead 150 g butter, 150 g sugar, and 300 g flour into a crumble. Add vanilla sugar, if desired. Sprinkle over the berries. Bake for 45 minutes.
