Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
- 150 g currants
- n. B. Red currant jelly
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
Pour the red fruit compote into an ice cube tray, making four ice cubes. After 2-3 hours, the red fruit compote is frozen, and two cubes are placed in each glass. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly. Then pour into attractive glasses and refrigerate.
