Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp, str. Curry, Madras or Canjun
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp, levelled lemon peel, grated
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place room-temperature butter in a bowl, peel and finely chop the garlic, add all ingredients to the butter, and mix thoroughly. Chill the butter for a few hours, or better yet, prepare it a day in advance so the curry can fully develop its flavor.
