Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • ½ bunch chives, chopped
  • some dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Set aside about 1 tablespoon of the herbs for garnish. Place the softened butter in a bowl. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, parsley, chives, and dill and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the reserved herbs before serving. Tastes delicious with grilled food.
