Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs
- Salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the chicken thighs with salt and curry. Place on a baking sheet (greased or lined with baking paper) and bake in the oven at 160°C for 30 minutes. Turn over if necessary. Crush the garlic and mix with tomato paste, honey, balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of curry to form a paste. After half an hour, remove the chicken thighs from the oven and brush with the spice paste. Continue roasting for about 15 minutes, turning once.
