Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark, low-fat
- 250 g curd cream (ready-made product, 0.2 g fat)
- 200 g cream
- 150 g sugar
- 1 bar of white chocolate (grated)
- 250 g raspberries, frozen

Mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly, then fold in the white chocolate (reserve any remaining portion). Fold the frozen raspberries into the cream about 1.5-2 hours before serving. Sprinkle the remaining white chocolate over the cream to serve.
