Curry – mustard – strips with rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 600 g pork, shredded
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 ml broth
  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Salt and pepper, colorful from the mill
  • curry powder
  • some sauce thickener, light
  • 250 g rice
  • n. B. Chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean and slice the leek. Cut it lengthwise, wash it, and cut it into half rings. Heat the oil and fry the strips. Add the mushrooms and leek and fry briefly. Pour in the cream and broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with mustard, salt, curry, and pepper, and thicken with a little sauce thickener. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions and serve with the strips. Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
