Sausage goulash with a twist

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage (Lyoner)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 1 bottle of ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 100 ml cream
  • oil
  • 2 bags of rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook rice according to the package instructions. Peel the sausage and trim the bell peppers. Cut both into small pieces. Drain the mushrooms. Heat the oil and fry the sausage. Add the bell peppers and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms. Deglaze the pan with curry ketchup and cream. Bring to a boil. Serve on plates with the rice. Note: We like this recipe best with Kraft curry ketchup.
