Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ bag of rice, cooked
- 200 g cream
- some milk
- 1 ½ tsp curry powder
- 1 ½ tsp vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 ring/s pineapple from the can
- some mushrooms from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
This recipe is a great way to use leftovers (pineapple, mushrooms, rice). Freshly cooked rice works too, of course. Combine the cream and milk in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the curry, stock, and other spices and bring to a boil. Let the sauce cool. Separate the egg and stir the yolk into the sauce, then bring back to a boil. Add the cooked rice to a pan and fry lightly. Stir in the egg white. Chop the pineapple and mushrooms and add to the rice. Continue heating briefly. Add the sauce and stir everything thoroughly.
