Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g pasta (butterfly pasta)
- 2 bunch radishes
- 2 large bell peppers, red and yellow
- 800 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 300 g salad cream
- 300 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp mustard, hot, or a little more
- some salt and pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until “al dente.” Cut the turkey fillet into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in a little oil. Wash, trim, and finely slice the radishes. Wash, trim, and finely dice the bell peppers. Finely slice or dice the onion. Place the pasta, vegetables, and meat in a bowl. Mix together the salad cream, yogurt, and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the ingredients in the bowl, mix well, season to taste, and let it marinate for a while before serving.
