Curry soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • ½ liter of water
  • 375 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g peas, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat margarine or butter in a saucepan. Sauté the flour until light yellow. Add the water, milk, and cream. Dissolve the vegetable stock in it and simmer for 10 minutes. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the soup along with the curry. Cut the ham into strips and let it simmer in the soup with the thawed peas for 5 minutes. Season to taste with a little sugar, if desired.
