Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 100 g ham, raw, diced
  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh, quartered
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 ½ gr. can/n tomatoes, peeled, diced
  • 125 ml instant broth
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) thyme
  • 1 pinch(s) rosemary
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 shot of vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The hit at every party

Brown the ham cubes in clarified butter. Add the mushrooms and onions and sauté everything together. Add the tomatoes, broth, wine, garlic, and spices and simmer for about 15 minutes. Whisk the egg yolk with the cream and stir into the soup. Do not let it boil any further! Finally, finish the soup with a dash of vodka, to taste.
