Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg turkey schnitzel or pork schnitzel
  • 1 ½ kg onion(s), diced
  • 1 cube of stock
  • curry powder
  • pepper
  • 5 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 13 hours 30 minutes

Cut the meat into small cubes. Coat well with pepper and curry powder and let it marinate overnight. The next day, sear the meat and onions one after the other. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer with the stock cube for about 1 hour. Stir in the sour cream and season again to taste. Sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions just before serving. Serve with baguette.
