Curry Soup & Prawns
The perfect curry soup & prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Shrimp peeled deveined
- 250 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 250 ml Cream 10% fat
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Curry paste
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Pc. Limes
- 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Marinate the prawns with the squeezed garlic, chopped chilli and soy sauce.
- Fry the prawns briefly in a large saucepan, then remove and set aside.
- Heat the shrimp marinade with the curry paste in the same saucepan and deglaze with the broth, cream and coconut milk.
- Bring everything to the boil briefly and then season with lime juice and soy sauce.
- Arrange the soup with the prawns and serve.
