Curry Soup & Prawns

The perfect curry soup & prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 250 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 250 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Curry paste
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Pc. Limes
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  1. Marinate the prawns with the squeezed garlic, chopped chilli and soy sauce.
  2. Fry the prawns briefly in a large saucepan, then remove and set aside.
  3. Heat the shrimp marinade with the curry paste in the same saucepan and deglaze with the broth, cream and coconut milk.
  4. Bring everything to the boil briefly and then season with lime juice and soy sauce.
  5. Arrange the soup with the prawns and serve.
