Rice Burger with football Vegetables
The perfect rice burger with football vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Prepare rice balls:
- Cook rice in salted, boiling water, rinse.
- Put on the minced meat, add mint, chives, egg + spices, fold in rice. If necessary some breadcrumbs. Now form small burgers. Bake in clarified butter. Caution: Rice tends to jump high, so please do not turn the temperature too high & turn it over more often.
Football vegetables:
