Curry spice nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g mixed nuts or seeds, e.g. walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 40 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 130°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir in the spices, salt, and sugar, followed by the nut mixture. Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it dry for about 40 minutes. The nuts will keep for several weeks in a sealed jar.
