Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 2 tsp curry
- 2 tsp flour
- ¼ liter broth
- 200 g cream
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the garlic and onion and finely dice. Trim the vegetables and cut into strips or rings. Cut the meat into strips and brown in clarified butter, then remove from the pan. Sauté the garlic and onion in the drippings until translucent, sprinkle with curry and sauté briefly. Add the vegetables, mushrooms, and meat and braise for about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, stir briefly, and deglaze with stock and cream. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
