Curry Turkey Toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 10 tbsp whipping cream or milk
  • 3 tsp curry
  • 6 slices of toast
  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 6 slice(s) cheese (e.g. Gouda)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly pineapple
  • possibly onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast with curry dip and turkey

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the mayonnaise, heavy cream, and curry powder, season with salt and pepper. Season the turkey with salt and pepper, and then cook on both sides. Meanwhile, toast the slices of toast. Spread the dip on the toast, then place the turkey on the toast and top with onions or pineapple, depending on your taste. Then place a slice of cheese on top. Return the toast to the oven for another 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese. Tuna also tastes delicious instead of turkey. Top with onions.
