Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml cream
  • 10 tbsp oil
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper (garlic pepper)
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and halve them lengthwise. Divide the cauliflower into florets, which also halve them lengthwise. Combine the oil, garlic, pepper, salt, curry powder, and paprika and spread a thin layer over the bottom of a baking dish. Place the potatoes cut-side down in the baking dish, then arrange the cauliflower between them, also cut-side down. Brush the vegetables with the oil mixture. Mix the broth and cream and season to taste with the spices. Bake the vegetables in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette. It also tastes delicious as a side dish to grilled or pan-fried dishes.
