Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g turkey or chicken
- 1 eggplant(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 200 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g feta cheese
- n. B. Oil
- curry powder
- Turmeric powder
- Paprika powder, hot
- salt and pepper
- 3 servings of cooked rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the meat into cubes or strips. Dice the eggplant, half a bell pepper, and onion. Brown the meat in oil. Then add the vegetables and fry briefly. Deglaze with the passata and simmer until the meat and vegetables are cooked. Add the diced feta cheese and season with the spices. Add the rice. The vegetables and spices can be varied in many ways. I really like this version.
