Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar (e.g. white balsamic vinegar)
- ½ onion(s) (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp curry powder, hot (e.g. Madras curry)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- chives
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients together and pour over the salad. It goes well with any leafy salad, but my favorite is lamb’s lettuce with cucumber and this dressing. Mmmmm, delicious!
