Curry – yogurt – dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (e.g. white balsamic vinegar)
  • ½ onion(s) (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp curry powder, hot (e.g. Madras curry)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • chives
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and pour over the salad. It goes well with any leafy salad, but my favorite is lamb’s lettuce with cucumber and this dressing. Mmmmm, delicious!
