Delicious ice cream with crispy Daim and brittle

Whisk the egg yolks, egg, and sugar in a double boiler until frothy, then let cool. Whip the cream and fold in. Roughly chop the Daim Bonscher and fold in along with the brittle. Line a loaf pan with cling film, fill it with the mixture, and freeze overnight. Tip: You can serve it with a nut sauce, or garnish/serve the ice cream with it when turning the pan out. You could also sprinkle a few almonds or fresh fruit on top. If you like, you can also mix Amaretto into the ice cream mixture before freezing, or drizzle it over later. Alcohol-free Amaretto is also available.
