Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of daisies (flowers and leaves)
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g Emmental cheese
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Boil the egg for 8 minutes, then rinse and peel. Cut the egg and Emmental cheese into small cubes. Wash the daisies and drain well in a sieve. Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the salad dressing. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with the dressing.
