Danish Rhubarb Dessert

- 3 Poles Rhubarb
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon powder
- 0,5 Mug, 100 g Sour cream
- Whipped cream
- Wash the rhubarb, peel and cut into pieces, place in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix the rhubarb well and divide into two tart molds (portion molds). Spread sour cream on top and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes.
