Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 5 dates, dried
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Wash the leek, pat dry, and finely chop. Chop the dates as well. Blend the cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Stir in the chopped leek and dates and refrigerate for about 4 hours (or overnight). Note: For low-fat cream cheeses, you may need to stir in more than 1 tablespoon of milk.
