Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 250 muesli (fruit muesli)
- 400 g date(s), dried, pitted
- 2 eggs, size M
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder

Heat the butter in the microwave at 600 watts for 1.5 minutes and mix with the fruit muesli, then let it cool slightly. Cut the dates into small cubes. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to the fruit muesli and mix. Now add the dates and mix everything well. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes.
