Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g king prawns
- 200 g flour (chickpea)
- Water
- 1 tsp curry powder (Korma)
- 1 tsp onion(s) (-seeds)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- black pepper
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- vegetable oil
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 tsp sauce (mint)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fried shrimp in spicy batter
Wash the shrimp and pat dry thoroughly. Make a thick batter from the chickpea flour, spices, and water. Mix the mint sauce with the yogurt. Heat plenty of oil in a wok. Coat the shrimp in the batter and fry for about two minutes until golden brown. Drain briefly on kitchen paper. Serve hot with the yogurt sauce or chili sauce.
