Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 2 tsp milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
- 3 drops of rum flavoring
- 3 tbsp baking powder
- 150 g margarine
- e.g. chocolate, chopped or chocolate shavings
- Fat for the mold
- n. B. chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
fluffy, light, quick cake with chocolate pieces
Combine the sugar, flour, and milk in a mixing bowl and mix everything together. Then add the margarine and eggs. Finally, add the flavorings, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Then add the chocolate pieces or chocolate shavings to the batter, spread everything in a greased baking pan, and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes. Then, top with a chocolate glaze, and you’re done.
