- 30 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tsp milk
- 200 g corn
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Add the milk to the egg yolks and whisk. Then add to the flour mixture in the large bowl and mix well to form a batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the flour mixture. Pour the corn and onions over the batter. Heat the oil and add spoonfuls of batter to the pan. Cook the pancakes for 1-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
