Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g oat flakes, fine or wholemeal
  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g cornflakes
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 50 ml sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 150 g honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

sweetened with honey, easy to make

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the honey and oil and mix everything well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Caution: it will be very filling. Leave the muesli in the oven for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. Then remove the muesli from the oven and let it cool for a while. This will make it nice and crispy. Then transfer the muesli to a food storage container. It will keep for several weeks. The mixture can, of course, be varied with different nuts, seeds, and spices. It tastes particularly good with yogurt, vanilla quark, milk, and, of course, fresh fruit. Based on a 40-50g serving, the recipe makes about 20 servings.
