Delicious sausage salad with feta, olives and leek

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g Lyoner, if desired Paprika-Lyoner
  • n. B. Olives, whole
  • ¼ thin leek(s) or 1 – 2 spring onions
  • 50 g sheep’s cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, cut the sausage into thin strips and place them in a bowl with the olives (whole or sliced, depending on your preference). Then wash and slice the leek and add it to the bowl. Spring onions are also a good alternative to leeks. Crumble the feta cheese by hand and sprinkle it on top. Now add salt, pepper, vinegar, water, and oil and mix thoroughly. The salad can be eaten immediately, but tastes better if it sits for 30 minutes. I always let it sit overnight.
