Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g shrimp with herbs
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 50 ml cream
- 1 pinch of sambal oelek
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the spring onions and bell peppers and sauté in oil. Then add the ajvar and simmer for about 2 minutes. Next, add the shrimp, heat for another minute, and then add the vegetable stock and cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with sambal oelek or chili flakes to taste, depending on how spicy you prefer, and add salt if desired. Serve with noodles or rice.
