Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g spelt flour
- 50 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 75 g fat, e.g. butter or oil
- 1 egg(s)
- some salt
- tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 red bell pepper
- ½ bell pepper, orange or yellow
- 3 spring onions
- 150 g diced ham
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- some salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs
- n. B. garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the quiche dish. For the dough, mix all the ingredients, knead, and place in the quiche dish. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Bake the dough for 10 minutes at 180°C. For the topping, wash, slice, or dice the bell peppers and spring onions, and place them on the dough. Add the bacon and cover with cheese. For the topping, mix the sour cream with the milk and eggs and season generously with salt, pepper, and, if desired, garlic and herbs. Pour the mixture over the quiche and return everything to the oven for another 30-35 minutes.
