Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 carrots
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • salt and pepper
  • dill
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the vegetables and chop them into large pieces. Cook everything in a large pot of salted water (the vegetables should be completely covered with water). When the vegetables are tender, puree or mash them as desired. Finally, add the drained corn and season with salt, pepper, and dill. The consistency of the soup can be adjusted by the amount of water used. Serve with toasted bread cubes.
