healthy alternative to the original chocolate bar

We tried out the 2021 food trend for you: “Sweets as a healthy alternative.” For 3 dessert glasses. For the first layer: Mix the quark, water, honey, and 40g of flakes and divide them into the glasses. Then spread the flakes evenly over the quark layer. For the second layer: Mix the milk, cocoa powder, sugar (or an alternative is fine), and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Now divide the pudding between the glasses. For the third layer: Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler and divide it between the glasses. Place the glasses in the refrigerator and only take them out when they have cooled down. Just before serving, spread a few flakes on top of the three glasses. If you like this dessert alternative, please leave us your feedback in the comments.
