Dessert: Yoghurt Nougat Mousse

- 300 g Yogurt
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 sheet Gelatin
- 65 g Nut nougat
- 3 El Sugar
- Let the nougat become liquid with steam and soak the galatine in cold water. Mix the soft nougat with the yoghurt, briefly dissolve the gelatine in a little hot water and stir into the yoghurt mixture. When everything starts to gel, fold in the whipped cream.
