Dessert: Yoghurt Nougat Mousse

  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 2 sheet Gelatin
  • 65 g Nut nougat
  • 3 El Sugar
  1. Let the nougat become liquid with steam and soak the galatine in cold water. Mix the soft nougat with the yoghurt, briefly dissolve the gelatine in a little hot water and stir into the yoghurt mixture. When everything starts to gel, fold in the whipped cream.
