Detoxifying Mango-Kiwi Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 0.2 pineapple
  • 350 ml pineapple juice (straight juice)
  • 6 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the mango, pineapple, and kiwi and roughly chop them. Place them in a blender with the pineapple juice and blend until smooth. Add the mint leaves and blend briefly again. The mint should only be roughly chopped, which makes it look nicer. Pour into a glass and garnish with fruit or mint.
