Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken or turkey
  • 5 g oil
  • 200 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1,000 ml water
  • 20 ml condensed milk
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the vegetables and cut into thin strips. Cut the chicken into strips as well; you can, of course, also use ready-made strips. Brown the meat in oil. Add the vegetables and sauté, then deglaze with 1 liter of water and season to taste. Let the whole thing simmer for 15 minutes. Just before serving, refine with the condensed milk. It’s important that you only use condensed milk for this recipe, as cream or similar would add considerably more calories. This goes perfectly with rice or potatoes and a fresh green salad.
