Turkey roulades Napoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 thin turkey cutlets (approx. 150g each)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 50 g cream cheese, up to 30% fat
  • 2 slice(s) ham, raw without fat
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes (canned)

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Suitable for WW, 8 PP per person

Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the zucchini and bell pepper and cut each into approximately 1cm cubes. Rinse the schnitzels, pat dry, flatten, and season with salt and pepper. Spread with cream cheese and top each with a slice of ham. Roll the schnitzels into roulades and secure with roulade pins or tie. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sear the roulades on all sides, then remove. Sauté the chopped vegetables in the pan, add the chopped tomatoes and the roulades, and simmer covered over low heat for about 25 minutes. Season to taste. WW – 8 Pro points per person. Serve with tagliatelle or potatoes (charge extra!)
