Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g spaghetti, cooked, drained, cooled
- 1 can of tuna in oil, drained, shredded, oil collected
- 1 bell pepper(s), cut into fine strips
- ½ chili pepper(s), red, mild, cut into fine strips
- 3 tomatoes, pitted, diced
- 4 shallots, peeled, finely diced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 tbsp sauce (barbecue sauce)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- Chives, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, colored, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
also for celebrations and barbecue parties
Mix a marinade of mayonnaise, sugar cubes, barbecue sauce, sweet paprika, and the reserved oil from the can. Mix the remaining ingredients well with the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate, preferably overnight. Garnish with chives.
