Dill Garlic Curd

- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 0,5 Onion
- 0,5 big bunch Fresh dill
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,33 Cucumber
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Beat the quark with a fork until creamy.
- Chop the dill and onion, coarsely press the garlic and add to the quark with the olive oil.
- Coarsely grate the cucumber and add to the quark.
