  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 0,5 big bunch Fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,33 Cucumber
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  1. Beat the quark with a fork until creamy.
  2. Chop the dill and onion, coarsely press the garlic and add to the quark with the olive oil.
  3. Coarsely grate the cucumber and add to the quark.
  4. mix and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Let it steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
