Dill pancakes with salmon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 100 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp butter for frying
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat eggs, milk, salt, and about 3/4 teaspoon of dill until frothy. Stir in flour. Gently heat butter in a pan. Fry half of the egg-flour mixture in the pan until crispy on both sides. Place the pancake on a preheated plate and fry the other half of the batter until crispy on both sides. In the meantime, place half of the smoked salmon on the still-hot pancake, place the second pancake on top, and spread the other half of the smoked salmon on top. Sprinkle thinly with the remaining dill. Serve with leaf salad.
