Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry (frozen or a large 20 x 35 cm sheet)
- 2 tomatoes, ripe
- 4 anchovies
- 2 large onions
- 50 g cheese, spicy
- 10 olives
- tsp, str. Thyme, dried
- tsp, heaped oregano, dried

Roll out the puff pastry or join smaller frozen slices together, overlapping at the edges, to cover a baking sheet. Cut the onions into thin half rings and fry in a little olive oil over medium heat for 10 minutes until soft. Season with thyme, oregano, and black pepper, then spread them on the puff pastry. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Arrange the anchovy fillets in a diamond shape, placing the olives at the intersections. Instead of the very salty anchovies, you can also use smoked salmon – but don’t add it until 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Bake the pizza at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
