Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. sauce thickener or cornstarch
  • 1 bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light and without wine

Pluck the dill from the stems and chop finely. Bring the milk and vegetable stock to a boil briefly. Thicken with a sauce thickener until the desired consistency is reached. Stir in the cream cheese and season with lemon juice (let it simmer on low heat). Add the chopped dill just before serving. Pairs well with fish, meat, and vegetables.
